Programs in this section are meant to support people who are already active and engaged and who often work hard and sometimes beyond their limits, for example in the areas of social and / or ecological sustainabilty, justice and societal transformation. We want to support your and your work by helping you to familiarize with yourself so that you learn to get in touch and become aware of your body conditoin and of your mind including thoughts, emotions, urges etc. Such a familiarity can help you better take care of yourself and your projects and engagement. Also, we would like to support you in finding suitable and meaningful ways and degrees how to engage and be active wisely and "sustainably", so that you do not fall into extremes (which sometimes tend to strive "one goal" but do not perceive or acknowlegde "anothers"). Mindfulness is a mental skill that can help you doing all of this. Also, we provide some input concerning the original roots of the "Westernized" mindfuless - Buddhist psycholgy and mind-training - together with inputs from calssical psycholgy and environmental psycholgy.
